Sustainability

Corporate goals

For six generations now, we have been setting goals so that our company can grow sustainably. These goals apply both to the LEIPA group of companies and to all our subsidiaries.

In 2022, we formulated central focus targets for the LEIPA group of companies and our German subsidiaries, LEIPA Georg Leinfelder GmbH, Leipa Logistik GmbH and MAD Recycling GmbH.

By 2025, we will transfer or adapt the targets and measures in all foreign LEIPA companies and review all previous measures for effectiveness.

We are pursuing the following long-term focus goals as a LEIPA group of companies:

People

  • As an attractive employer, we strive to achieve a high level of qualification, satisfaction and loyalty for our employees.
  • We promote the health of our employees. In doing so, we strive for maximum prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • As LEIPA, we actively assume our responsibility in society.

  • We stand for qualitative growth and achieve an EBITDA margin that secures investment activities. The prevention and reduction of environmental, social, and economic business risks are an important basis for this.
  • As LEIPA, we focus on long-term and successful customer relationships.
  • We ensure an environmentally and socially responsible supply chain as well as procurement and fulfill our product responsibility.
